The 2026 change

Customs is in the price.

The US ended duty-free entry for low-value parcels in 2026, so every import is taxed now. Most people find that out when a courier holds their parcel and emails a bill with a handling fee attached.

We work the duty out before you pay and include it, so there is nothing left to settle when it arrives. If you would rather handle it yourself, you can — the price splits and says so.
